“Two great hosts”
John and Jo were so kind and welcoming to a stranger marooned in the snow. They kept me warm, gave me a drink and checked the traffic and weather for me. They were saints. The kindness of strangers to a lost soul. Thank you.

Wonderful looking 17th century manor house with period features . Warm welcome from the guy behind reception who had great local knowledge . “Lovely Stay”
We only had 1 night unfortunately as we would liked to have stayed longer.Lovely couple managing the place which always helps.Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean with shower gels and soaps provided along with coffee tea snd biscuits. “Lovely visit”
Beautiful hotel, room 6 was very spacious with separate living area. The honesty bar was well stocked with variety and a few games in the snug also, Staff were knowledgeable and friendly .
