“Good hotel worth the visit”

Lovely hotel with lovely staff, the building itself needs alot of tlc with a lot of scratches and dents and stains around but overall all clean and the customer service I received made up for any dated bits of the hotel. The staff could not do enough for me helped me with extra towels and loo roll and gave me all the directions I needed for the local area.

“Amazing staff cannot fault !”

stayed here for a few nights business and i have to say although in need of an uplift, you can tell that the staff here are what counts, they cannot do enough for you to ensure that your stay is exactly what you are looking for. the lady of reception could not have been more helpful as it is tricky… lisää

stayed here for a few nights business and i have to say although in need of an uplift, you can tell that the staff here are what counts, they cannot do enough for you to ensure that your stay is exactly what you are looking for. the lady of reception could not have been more helpful as it is tricky to find once the shutters go down in the main complex at night( could probably do with some signs out front not going to lie). I spoke to the young manager in the morning who pointed me in the direction of where i needed to go for work she seemed busy but took the time to actually listen and chat with me which was just lovely, she was the one who encouraged me to comment on here to share my experience of the hotel. I have to say i stay in Travelodge's a lot and most of the time you check in and check out and that's that, but with this one i found the staff are really inviting and just seem passionate about where they are and what they do, so i just wanted to say thank you and hope others read this and give this dated building a chance. i highly recommend just for the staff

Fabulous hotel in the heart of worcester facing the catherdrial and above five guys ncp parking next door or council parking nearby reception large and friendly vending machine seating and free tea and coffee resturant come bar serving quality food and drink at reasonable prices 2 lifts our room was 4th floor accessible double with massive window looking over worcester good lighting extra pillows desk and tv plus more bathroom with bath and rails loo and sink to get u ready for the day ahead and only 2 minute walk to the busling high street deffiently will stay again

Mixed Bag: good central location and compared to other hotels/B and B has a relatively low nightly rate. Booked a 28 day stay for £1022. Cleaning of room good. Mixed Bag: good central location and compared to other hotels/B and B has a relatively low nightly rate. Booked a 28 day stay for £1022. Cleaning of room good. Noisy corridors and some noisy guests - which was brought to the the attention of staff following one night of door slamming on the hour every hour! Fire alarms going off on a regular basis. Good value hotel for a few nights in Worcester ( see the town/ nightlife etc) - Yes. Longer term business/ personal stays - depends on your budget but I would say check other accommodation first and make a decision from there. Receptionist was handing out cards encouraging guests to leave reviews.
