“A beautiful place”
My experience at this hotel was amazing friendly and polite staff and there was a friendly atmosphere. My room was spotless, the bed was really comfy. “Lovely stay”
All of the staff were really friendly. I actually went and got names because, while everyone on the team were absolutely excellent, there's a few that deserve shouting out especially. “Great location, really noisy though.”
The location is excellent to explore Worcester and opposite the Cathedral, which is wonderful. The Staff are very good and helpful in the bar and the hotel. The rooms themselves, are dated.
