“Excellent stay.”
A very lovely hotel in a great beachfront location overlooking the sea. Easy parking at the back of the hotel for £6 per night. The staff were excellent in the restaurant and all around the hotel. “Convenient Hotel close to centre of town and the sea”
Stayed for 3 nights in early April 2026 with excellent room only rate. Clean + perfectly adequate twin-bedded room with bath/shower. “Beautiful traditional hotel in fantastic grounds and location.”
What a lovely traditional hotel in fantastic grounds on the beautiful seafront. We had a premium sea facing room which was large, warm, spotlessly clean with a super king bed with luxurious bedding. “Great situation but lacking finesse”
The Imperial is well located between the sea and town its own large grounds. This hotel has a 3 star rating and sadly the accommodation only just reaches this level. “Visiting relatives”
The location is good. Room basic but satisfactory. A warmer welcome on reception would have improved the experience. Beware of the bar prices. Glass of white wine.....£13.50!!!!!!!! 🫣 Would recommend drinking elsewhere
