“Great customer service.”
Heidi was an exceptional member of staff, letting us know there was delays if we wanted to order food due to only 1 chef on tonight. “Fine for short stay!”
3 might be a little harsh; but 4 feels too generous. Overall this hotel is fine. I’ve been using it to travel for business and on the first occasion booked a standard room. However no mini fridge (essential when travelling to have something other than restaurant food) and no iron. No way of conta… lisää

“Great place for a stay not to eat though.”
Beautiful setting close to city centre, great food. Would have been better had they had beer as there was a mix up with the delivery apparently. Also whilst having our evening meal we had staff children running around and climbing on the furniture in the restaurant. Obviously this did not lead to a… lisää

“Dont expect scrambled eggs.”
Have stayed here before and loved it so much, we returned. Unfortunately this time was not as pleasant as our first stay. Hotel fantastic, but restaurant has lost its appeal.
