Had a lovely friendly welcome from chris . A credit to your hotel . This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a holiday inn in scotland .Different ones and cannot fault the staff . Room and Breakfast . Outstanding value and we will definatly be back . Will recomend this to anyone .

Thank you for an Exceptional stay. 😊 If you need a hotel in scotland that is close to the A74M then this the hotel to stop at. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold Food and catered for everyone’s needs. 2 min drive from the motorway and right near the retail park and other shops. Again thank you. You should be proud of all your staff there they are Exceptional 😊😊

First, I want to start with the fantastic customer service that we received from Grace and Sean, who helped us sort adjacent rooms for our family. They were so helpful, friendly and very patient when it was taking us a bit of time to get our reservations sorted, and they also did quite a bit of juggling to enable us to have two rooms together. The rooms were very clean and quiet and exactly what we needed for a good night sleep. The breakfast was well stocked and good value, included in with the room price. We would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone else needing a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely make us consider staying at a holiday Inn express again in the future. Parking is included at the retail park just around the corner, with a ramp to get suitcases up to the hotel.

Stayed on 27th and 28th March 2026, in two rooms. All the hotel staff, right from the start, especially ESTER were attentive and helpful. The rooms were very large and clean. Stayed on 27th and 28th March 2026, in two rooms. All the hotel staff, right from the start, especially ESTER were attentive and helpful. The rooms were very large and clean. Our room had an enormous bed that could sleep 4 and was very comfortable!!!!. The other room had a large double bed and a sofa bed. My grandson slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The breakfast on both mornings had a good selection, and yes, it is a buffet style, so don't expect as some do in the reviews, cordon-bleu cooking!!! Off-site parking in the retail park (free) was a bit of a nuisance when it was pouring down with rain. Especially when the layby (drop off point) outside the Hotel seemed to be hogged by unthoughtful motorists. On arrival, there was a great big coach there for some time. I was told the layby does not belong to the hotel. Just a thought to greatly improve the room. As stated, we had a great big bed which only had a bedside cabinet on one side and USB points above it. The bed could easily have been moved across to accommodate another bedside cabinet with further USB points + an electrical socket. My wife, who slept on that side, made a make-shift cabinet with pillows. (see photos). Note: no wardrobe or drawers, clothes hang in the open or on shelves. The shower was not that powerful, but a nice touch with DOVE shower cream and shampoo. 11 am checkout was great, free wifi.
