“Fantastic place”
Fantastic place cannot fault it in anyway, nothing too much trouble for them. Parking was great, Breakfast was out of this world! And lovely views from the windows. Rooms where large and we believe good value for money.

Lovely B&B on quiet country lane, a few minutes walk from the SW Coast path. Caroline and Colin were very welcoming hosts and cooked us a delicious breakfast (best pancakes I’ve had). “Peaceful and stylish retreat”
We had a lovely two nights at Instow Barton. Caroline and Colin are excellent hosts and as ex chefs, the breakfasts are fabulous !
