I 100% recommend this hotel. We were there for a friend's wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would like to compliment this lovely hotel and would highly recommend staying here it was faultless. The hotel reception are first class, welcoming and efficient. I would like to compliment this lovely hotel and would highly recommend staying here it was faultless. The hotel reception are first class, welcoming and efficient. The rooms are spacious and modern- particularly stylish bathroom. The bar area and food was great with lovely touches of board games for the children. Parking right outside the hotel so very effortless which is what you want on an overnight stay. Breakfast was served at 8am however we were leaving before this so didnt get chance to try this but the restaurant where breakfast was served looked welcoming, clean and light. My sincere thanks go to the front of house staff who really went above and beyond for us not once but on 3 occasions, one being us leaving our jackets in the wardrobe and them posting them to us in a matter of days home, thank you Jordan for you impeccable customer service and keeping us updated. We will definitely be returning to Novotel- in addition to this it is so reasonably priced.

All of her staff, the housekeeping, restaurant, talented chefs, front and back office staff have a ‘can do’ attitude. From the moment you arrive until your departure, you are made to feel welcome. Whether business or pleasure, staying at the Novotel is memorable for all of the right reasons. Rooms clean, food is good - I can recommend the Club Sandwich. Go for a walk, visit shops or just wander window shopping, a nice place to stop.
