We recently stayed here during a mammoth 135-mile charity walk from Nottingham to London. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception team, and our room keys were ready, allowing us to head upstairs and rest straight away. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with extremely comfortable beds, exactly what we needed after a long day. Breakfast was fantastic, with attentive staff ensuring everything ran smoothly. There was a great continental buffet selection, along with an excellent range of hot dishes available to order from the menu. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, made even better by the genuinely lovely staff.

“Lovely hotel & great value for money 😊”

We booked 2 rooms for me and my partner and my teenage sons. Lovely hotel, very reasonably priced. Good location. Breakfast was lovely. Very clean. Would stay there again. Great value for money. Two rooms inc breakfast for £185. Xx

Very central (New Walk, walking distance/is in the city centre). Free parking right by Reception. Friendly greeting. Lift access to room - pleasant decoration, hot water, bath/shower, tea/coffee with biscuits. Quiet. Liked the picture on our wall. Good bed (firm, my preference). Staffed hotel bar.… lisää

Good buffet available as part of breakfast included fresh fruit, crunchy granola, chia seeds, sunflower seeds. Then hand cooked choice of eggs - me, poached; companion scrambled made to order without milk. With full veggie accoutrements inc spinach - well done for breakfast! Optional toast etc with Wlikin& Sons pots of marmalade, honey, jams and helpyourself marmite and Nutella. Children’s cereals. Juices. Good size pot of tea. We’ll be back, thank you!

“Unfortunately wouldn't stay here again”

Let's start off being positive... Hotel is in a good location and the free car park is a bonus. Rooms a good size Now the negative.... Hotel is clean but very tired. We ate in the hotel and did not have a good meal. Food was lukewarm. The other 2 occupied tables also sent their food back. To be fai… lisää

We ate in the hotel and did not have a good meal. Food was lukewarm. The other 2 occupied tables also sent their food back. To be fair, we did get 15% off the bill but I felt they could have done better. We must of had new towels in our bathroom because we were covered in white fluff for the 2 days we stayed. Breakfast did have a good choice but felt sausage was not a great quality. Unfortunately the bad outweighed the good so we wouldn't stay again.
