I then went into the Sandpiper bistro and bar and was superbly looked after by Dean and Neeru. I was working hidden away in a corner and they looked after myself and didn’t let me be forgotten.

“Lucus saved the day”

We stayed at this hotel for a week, it’s incredible. Unfortunately we had some ver badly behaved children for two of the nights, screaming, rapping doors and running etc I complained to Lucus at reception and he handled everything so professionally, this guy deserves a promotion, he came to our do… lisää

Unfortunately we had some ver badly behaved children for two of the nights, screaming, rapping doors and running etc I complained to Lucus at reception and he handled everything so professionally, this guy deserves a promotion, he came to our door apologised and offed us breakfast (which was fantastic) thanks Erin we think your great also. Highly recommend this hotel, food fabulous, clean, etc but the star of the show is the staff.

“Good hotel”

Stayed for a couple of nights on the top floor with family. Hotel is well located for exploring the causeway coast, there's plenty of free parking and the staff were all very friendly too, particularly the lady when he checked in. Stayed for a couple of nights on the top floor with family. Hotel is well located for exploring the causeway coast, there's plenty of free parking and the staff were all very friendly too, particularly the lady when he checked in. We ate at the on site restaurant for one evening of our stay which was ok. Only downside was a fair bit of mould and damp in the ceiling corner (we were in room 211), presumably due to a roof leak at some point. But other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

I want to thank the staff at the ibis hotel Coleraine, due to personal circumstance my family had to stay there for 2 weeks and I can’t thank Angel-Lee, Lucas, Amy, terri and erin enough for their hospitality, kindness & making us feel like it was a home away from home. I want to thank the staff at the ibis hotel Coleraine, due to personal circumstance my family had to stay there for 2 weeks and I can’t thank Angel-Lee, Lucas, Amy, terri and erin enough for their hospitality, kindness & making us feel like it was a home away from home. They deserve a treat. The only downfall of our stay was one member of staff Ashley was extremely rude, using foul language and swore at us on arrival, she wasn’t professional and overcharged on drinks when the price list was sitting out. I did question her and she said that it’s what she charges, when checking later in the day with another member of staff my account was plus money because she knew she over charged me. So incredibly rude but my overall experience was fantastic with the rest of the team. Rooms were immaculate and had a great home away from home. Would stay again.
