“Home away from home”
I have been coming to the Stone House for over 30 years. Tat says it all. The owners, both past & present are lovely, the staff are warm &b friendly , & always ready to help if needed.

“Another fabulous stay!”
Had another fabulous stay at the Stone House hotel. It was lovely to arrive and see lots of familiar faces - the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. “Excellent service and food.”
Called in for a sandwich lunch and drink. Very well received by happy smiling staff, who quickly and efficiently provided drinks, took food order and without much delay provided food order to our table. “Best hotel”

“Perfect for relaxation.”
An outstanding experience. A Beautiful location with stunning views over Wensleydale, the room was spacious, comfortable with good amenities and plenty of space in the walk in shower.
