“Highly recommend the burger. Great comfort in the twin room too.”
Very friendly staff. Especially Kay. She went out of her way for us. Dog friendly and our pup was very pampered. She enjoyed the sausages. Food was so good we went back the second night.

“Fantastic staff”
Things go wrong at hotels. The judgment is how they deal with this. This hotel has the friendly staff to deal with issues and we had a fantastic time. We will be back

An extended stay at Scalloway Hotel due to adverse weather and ferry cancellations. Staff were very helpful in securing the additional 3 nights in dog friendly room. Room was clean and comfortable.
