“Welcoming and friendly staff at Ayr Premier Inn”
We had a lovely few days at Ayr premier inn, free parking outside and lots of places to visit nearby. The hotel is nice with welcoming and friendly staff. “Welcoming, friendly and amazing staff”
Stayed at this hotel over the weekend for the monster truck rally with my son and daughter lovely clean rooms, had dinner on the Saturday night, the food was delicious and my mixed grill was cooked just the way I asked, breakfast the next day was very busy when we arrived. “Very comfortable and pleasant stay.”
Just wanted one night stay to visit nearby attraction( Dumfries House). This Premier Inn offered good value, comfortable rooms and nice food. “A good time had by all”
Warm friendly reception from the staff on arrival, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Hotel was undergoing renovation at the time of our stay but this had absolutely no detrimental impact on our visit. Minimal disruption while maintaining excellent service

“Mixed”
Booked for vicinity of a wedding venue although hotel in a retail park so no where to go for a walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep due to excesive banging of radiator. I did report it but had the same problem the following night.
