“Wonderful overnight”
The moment I arrived, I knew I would love it. The welcome from guy at the door, explaining carpark options. Through to reception, lovely welcoming staff. Hotel is very unique, the deco is fabulous. “Great experience”
Had a great stay here. Very well run and clean. Had positive interactions with all but one staff member. If you visit the roof lounge you can skip the line bc you are a guest. Great location close to tram and the Royal Mile. Also right next to high-end shopping! Would absolutely stay here again.

“Centrally located & helpful staff”
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to St James Square, Princes Street, the bus station, and many restaurants and shopping. “4 Star hotel in 5 Star location”
Went to university in Edinburgh and return on a regular basis for short breaks. Usually stay at the Sheraton or Glasshouse for easy of access to central Edinburgh.
