“A Perth Treasure”
Just back from an overnight.Excellent staff...friendly and helpful. Room good.. it was warm but a fan was available.Exceptionally clean with large bathroom(with bath)Ate in bar area...good value and reasonable prices. “Superb historic hotel”
Regularly stop here for Lunch or Dinner. Staff are always friendly and professional, menu caters for all and the food is outstanding very well managed hotel

“Retirement lunch celebration”
I had a retirement lunch celebration at the end of March in the Adam Room with 30 guests. The room had been set up by the staff and decorated with balloons by my friends. “Good value, clean hotel.”
It's difficult to adequately pigeonhole this property. Although only three stats, it offers extensive and very good food & beverage facilities. I stayed one night and it was very quiet,.
