“Fantastic stay”

“Wonderful birthday celebration: delicious food, great ambience and friendly service”
We celebrated my husband's birthday by having lunch at the King's Head yesterday- it was a great experience. The pub has wonderful ambience, cosy with a wood burning stove, well decorated. “Valentines day lunch was superb”
Amazing food in a lovely traditional pub . The service was superb. The venison was cooked to perfection and my Valentines day pudding of honeycomb parfait dipped in chocolate and served on a raspberry creme anglais was outstanding in both beauty and flavour.

“Fabulous food”
My son and partner took us there for Sunday roast as they have been a few times with friends. Well it certainly didn’t disappoint, food was fantastic as was the service, highly recommend.

“Lovely old village inn with a great restaurant”
We stayed for one night last week. It is a lovely old village inn situated near a stream in a nice village. Our cosy room with roll top bath and shower over overlooked the stream.
