“Lovely place for a stop over great meals and friendly staff”
We stayed for one night. The pub is very cosy and the staff super friendly. The room was basic but clean apart from a few marks on the carpet. “Don't drive passed pop in!”
We were out for a drive taking in the scenery for my husband's birthday and fancied trying this pub for lunch. Good choice! Perfect. Staff friendly. Atmosphere laid back. Full menu. “Cozy stay..”
Had 1 night booked on route from Portsmouth to Pwllheli , it was a good decision , a lovely welcome as we came through the door and a cosy bedroom. Food was hot and tasty, a relaxed atmosphere and breakfast was first class. Reasonably priced too. Not one compliant !

“Excellent location and value”
We chose this pub as we wanted to visit the Sugarloaf vineyards and try the wine flight so needed somewhere in walking distance. In fact if you walk from the front of this pub to the left side and to the back there is a public footpath which takes you there in 10 minutes which was perfect. The pub … lisää
