“Lovely afternoon tea”
Four of us visited for an afternoon tea using a Groupon voucher. The restaurant was very quiet but there was also a wedding party out in the gardens. We went for afternoon tea and had the loveliest time! There was plenty of delicious cakes and sandwiches, all very fresh and lovely warm scones. “Very expensive for a very budget hotel and breakfast not included, staff were friendly though”
We used this as a base to visit friends for a few days. But nearly 200 quid for two nights for just a room (not a very well maintained one at that) and breakfast not included is a bit pricey.
