The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

“Amazing wellness vacations in Italy”

This totally different experience of Italy for me! When in Italy I normally running around trying to see all the majestic palaces, cathedrals, museums, paintings and sculptures. This time it was treating my body ( a soul too as Padua (Padova) and Venice are in close proximity. Yet,Abano Terme is devoted to treating your body. And it is not just pampering. Thermal waters and healing medical thermal muds were used for joint and muscle treatments since Roman times. In the Hotel Terme Due Torri I enjoyed an amazing pool with thermal mineral water. Jets are installed around the pool and people can massage any parts of their bodies! Medical muds is a procedure for a fee and I liked every session. The mud application is followed with a mineral bath. They also offer wraps and facials, different massages and amazing aqua-phisiotherapy. It is all inclusive mode and the food is wonderful! Lots of fish and seafood. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They spoke four languages. Not to forget, the best time there is November-March, at least not summer, because thermal waters in summer heat could be challenging. Great place to treat yourself

My second stay in Due Torri(and 18th stay in Abano Terme) has prooved my impression about this hotel. Not often when you return to the place you had liked you feel as happy as before. This was the case. The service is as excellent as it was, all the staff - reception, restaurant, pool, housekeeping - is extremely friendly and efficient. Almost every night there was something interesting in the restaurant and hotel. The food is not only tasty , but I should say very special and unusual. And Mr. Bottaro looking into every detail, greeting everybody, seeing everything - bravo again!!! I am looking forvard to my next visit!!! Thank you!!!

“Not really a five-star hotel”

We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We tried the restaurant one evening but the food was not that great and service was quite lousy ( they forgot the dishes, did not bring us knives to eat cheese…). Same with the breakfast which did not offer a full buffet (as expected in such a hotel). In short, we fell short on our expectations in this hotel. Concerning the massages that we had, they were OK ( not the best that we had) but there was a lack of personnel at the SPA reception ( very often, nobody was there to cater to the guests…). Also, there was not enough seats around the outside pool and we had to carry our own from inside …
