“Amazing find in Agropoli”

We vacationed in Agropoli in September and we’re lucky enough to have booked hotel Mare. The staff were very helpful and kind, meals were excellent and location was great with beautiful views of the castle and sunset on the ocean. The grounds were well taken care of. We vacationed in Agropoli in September and we’re lucky enough to have booked hotel Mare. The staff were very helpful and kind, meals were excellent and location was great with beautiful views of the castle and sunset on the ocean. The grounds were well taken care of. The only small inconvenience is that there is no direct path to the beach. We had an amazing stay. Thank you to all the staff !

“Great option for family stay in centre of Agropoli”

Had very enjoyable 3 night stay that exceeded expectations Great pool, breakfast and friendly staff. Location is close to main street with loads of resturants, shops, bars, etc within short walking distance As 4 of us we had 2 rooms. 1st room very large with large double bed as well as single bed and large balcony overlooking pool. 2nd, twin, room a bit smaller but also large balcony. Recommend for a few days in Agropoli

“Beautiful sunsets and delicious meals”

A great family vacation! Hotel staff was very kind and accommodating (e.g various suggestions of places to go and things to see, food, packed lunches). Took day trips to Capri and grottos in Palinuro. Loved the live entertainment on day of Spanish dinner. Pizza night outside was nice as well. W… lisää

“Bland”

What the room was missing in terms of things beyond the bare necessities was made up for by the pool, which was nice and large and surrounded by an ample number of deck chairs. It's situated alongside the river, where it flows into the bay, so beware of misquitos, in your room, too. And of music pl… lisää

What the room was missing in terms of things beyond the bare necessities was made up for by the pool, which was nice and large and surrounded by an ample number of deck chairs. It's situated alongside the river, where it flows into the bay, so beware of misquitos, in your room, too. And of music playing softly til 11 p.m. ... The room was quite large, but there was just one(1) chair to sit. The two of them on the smallish balcony didn't match. Rest of the furniture was mid 80s. The mattress a 6, scale of 10. No room in the bathroom to put things. Breakfast was ample and very kindly provided from a serviced buffet. As the service in all of the hotel left nothing to be desired. Naturally, you'll ask for an Oceanfront room. We preferred the 2nd or topmost floor. Parking was on the premises and free. Having said all of the above, the hotel's location is hard to beat.
