“Perfect hotel, perfect services :-)”
Absolutely great hotel. We had a Classic family room (2 adults and 2 children). The rooms were clean, cleaned regularly. We stayed for 5 nights with half board. We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the deluxe family suite which was modern, clean and very comfortable. I was part of a school trip - it’s a great hotel with lots of space. Hotel Cristallo is a newly renovated hotel conveniently located next to Baradello chair lift. “a real family hotel!”
Wonderful family hotel right on the ski slopes. My girls were thrilled with the heated pools and the mini club service. I recommend it for a family vacation combining sport and relaxation. The view from the "panoramic" slope is fantastic. It's a shame there wasn't much snow in Aprica.
