“Quiet, clean, modern, reasonable.”

The hotel is only about a 3–5 minute drive or shuttle ride from the airport. The rooms are quiet and nice, featuring large, clean bathrooms. The interior has a modern design, and the breakfast is both rich and enjoyable. The prices are reasonable, and this is already my third time staying here.

As far as airport hotel goes, Tribe Malpensa crosses off well. Hotel is new and busy, but we didn’t mind it as service was efficient and to the point. Thanks to Accor membership, we enjoyed complimentary drinks at bar. Breakfast started early, from 630am so we enjoyed something warm before heading to airport was a nice touch. Easy shuttle service from Terminal 1 both ways at €5 per person but do make your reservation in advance as the morning shuttle to airport was packed on the one we took. We stayed in winter so no comment re pool. Room wise - bed is comfortable and there’s enough space to totally repack before flight - if u get what I mean. The so called rainshower in our room was disappointing as the head was weirdly adjusted to aim at the wall instead of directly on me as I stand under it.

“Great service”

Stayed for one night because the flight got cancelled. Excellent service from the front desk who accommodated me at the last minute at 1.30am. Also thank you for the free shuttle. Decent breakfast and good size room with the fresh good quality bedlinen.

We had two very different experiences visiting this hotel even though they were only two weeks apart. The first was excellent. Fast, fuss-free check in with an amazing male member of staff working on the evening of Friday March 27th (sorry didn’t get name). Acknowledged platinum status and gave an upgrade to a very spacious room with sofa. Easy check out in the morning and fuss-free transfer to the airport using the shuttle. Purely based on this visit, it would be five stars. Unfortunately, two weeks later on the afternoon of Friday 10th April, we had a very unpleasant experience with a female member of staff who initially was very unwilling to help and was quite condescending when we expressed concern about the warm room temperature and inability to alter the aircon. It appears that even though the app states ‘air conditioning’, ‘air cooling system’ and ‘individual heating and air conditioning adjustment’, this isn’t available all year round and is only switched on by the hotel mid-May. Not great when it’s warm mid-April. This needs to be made clear on the app so that potential guests can make an informed choice. We understand there are local government regulations that limit the use of aircon but that hotels have some discretion over this which we know from experiences with other local hotels. Food was great. Service in the restaurant excellent and again, the airport shuttle was good.
