This nice hotel is situated at the hillside of Bressanone, halfway between the Plose Gondola station and the river below. The balcony view from my room overlooks the picturesque valley with a church nearby. Although it is only a small hotel with limited number of rooms, it is fitted with every facility one would need during the stay. The rooms are just big enough for comfortable rest but the restaurant at Ground Floor with fine decorations and superb food is large enough to accommodate dozens of people enjoying meal at the same time. The only problem that we have was the main door to the hotel and check in counter was completely closed and locked upon our early arrival. We were seriously worrying about our reservation and place for overnight stay until there was finally response from indoor at exactly the check in time of 3 pm. Hope this could be improved by allowing guests to have a rest inside the lobby first after a long journey or placing a notice at the front door if early check in is absolutely impracticable.

“Panoramic view !”

Hotel up in the hillside, but easy to find. Extremely nice view in the morning. Fantastic terrasse for breakfast which was excellent. Clean and good beds - pillows not according to my needs - far too " fluffy/soft".

We laughed because all the other reviews said this location is hard to find but that's just the half of it. Located about 5km up a windy mountain road from Brixen proper, the journey is worth the amazing view. Just keep going until you think you HAVE to turn around -- then go for five more minutes.… lisää

We laughed because all the other reviews said this location is hard to find but that's just the half of it. Located about 5km up a windy mountain road from Brixen proper, the journey is worth the amazing view. Just keep going until you think you HAVE to turn around -- then go for five more minutes. The views of the mountains are as amazing as advertised and the little town of St Andrea is quintessential northern Italy. There's only on restaurant in town at a neighboring hotel but luckily it's very good. The lift to Plowe mOuntain is a convenient 1km away. Rooms are dated but clean and large. We stayed in the annex up the hill with gorgeous views. Just one recommendation: bring earplugs. The impressive granite church bell tower ring every 15 minutes -- day and night.

“Good deal with great view”

We were on the way back home and would like to spend one more night in Italy. We found this hotel offered very good price and booked without looking where it located. We were on the way back home and would like to spend one more night in Italy. We found this hotel offered very good price and booked without looking where it located. Then turn out it was around 5 km. away from Brixen, but we enjoyed it that it was not in the city. The view we had, and during the night, from the balcony, cannot ask for more at this price. The room is basic, clean, there was free wifi and also breakfast is included. There few parking space next to the hotel. The hotel also gave 2 free ticket for the Plose cable car to go up the mountain, it was fantastic, great view of the Dolomites, and many hiking trails that i can stroll my baby around, we loved it there so much then had to go there again the next day. For the check in, we didnt have any problem as it clearly mentioned that check in is 3 pm. We arrived earlier and found no one, so we walk around and came back to check in at 3, staff was there. ^_^
