Handy location close to Predazzo ski resort, friendly staff, very clean rooms, good quality food (nice offer for breakfast and choice from 3 options for entry and main for dinner). It was very relaxing, will go back

We had a pleasant stay in hotel Al Polo. It is located in center of Ziano close to Church and Market. Staff, food, welnesss...everything was perfect. Thank you and hopefully we will come here next year again.

Great hotel!! Food is excellent and imaginative. Staff is very friendly and always at our service. The entire hotel exudes purity, pleasant colors and a cozy atmosphere. A special plus for bathrobes , lots of towels in the room and excellent wi fi in all hotel! Big recomendation !

Even though this hotel is for us not perfect, I can assume others would be quite satisfied so that’s why I give 3* The rooms (comfort) are huge with besides the bed, a tabe/chairs and a large bathroom with either bath or shower. The problem was that the bed is not suitable for modern travel: too short (because of wooden boards on top and bottem you are stuck in a too small space during long nightly hours. The matrasses were so old that they would not support my back and had hard pins sticking I could clearly feel. Good news: After we mentioned our issue this was resolved by putting on extra matrasses on top. Our 2 boys however complained on their backache after this week. This would be a reason for us not to go back to this hotel, but if you are less tall than we this may be less of an issue. Our rooms were on the street side, and because the hotel is across from a (beautiful) church, the extremely loud bells woke us up every morning at 7u which is too early during a well deserved holiday. During the night we had 2 nights problems with too loud guests running around the hallways, there is no oversight on this by hotel staff. The reception is open all day and helpful for your needs. Rooms were kept really clean and this is highly appreciated. The hotel serves nice drinks (good wines available) at the bar or during dinner. Drinks are priced reasonably which is nice during an already expensive holiday. We booked halfboard so dinner was included. It is 4 courses if you include the salad bar. Every day you could choose for 1st/2nd course between 3 options. We appreciated the variances in choices and the taste of the food. The staff was very kind and helpful but they needed at the start some reminders that some guests (us) all in the back of the restaurant also would like to order some coffee. The last days this improved. The last day our boy went ill and we were allowed to bring up any food/drink items we wanted and staff were supportive and kind. The wellness was in good shape but small; in general okay. We advice the hotel to open wellness during more hours (eg all day, or also in the morning). Now all the hotelguests wanted to get into the 2p sauna at the same time so chairs with waiting people. Or decide to have sauna booked privately during the day, if necessary against a small fee! The majority of the guests was Eastern European, few italian, belgians and few Dutch. The hotel is located near beautiful ski areas and nature parks and in a small town. This town however is not very lively so if you are looking for shops or more restaurants (even the supermarket was closed 2 out of 4 days) you would need to go to a next village (ie Predazzo). So some things to consider before booking, but as the title quotes: good price for the quality at the end.
