“Nice stay for 1 night”

Stayed here for 1 night while travelling through Naples area. Staff were very nice & friendly and spoke English. Room was comfortable and big enough for 2 adults & one child. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was a bit to firm. AC and bar fridge in room. Parking onsite included.

Apart fromthe hotel this is a very popular weekend restaurant for locals, so it is very lively. The staff were quite exceptionally nice and helpful and it is all very well managed. Apart fromthe hotel this is a very popular weekend restaurant for locals, so it is very lively. The staff were quite exceptionally nice and helpful and it is all very well managed. The beds didn't look very comfortable but, in fact were just fine, the bedroom was a good size, mosquito netting on the windows in addition to the air conditioning. The bathroom had a big bath with shower. Minus point - 4* hotel and we were give Nectar for breakfast!! but I asked for squeezed orange juice and it was quickly produced. The hotel has a nice garden with a good sized swimming pool (not open until July). Totally quiet at night, this is an excellent place to stay when visitng the Palace of Caserta and just 10 mins. walk from both the railway station and the Palace. Difficult to find down a poorly signed alley way, in a "picturesquely?" broken down district but do not be put off. The hotel staff could not honestly tell us where we were, even when very close. We were relying on the frequent train service from Naples and there are not always taxis around at the station. Turn right out of the station, walk for 6 minutes, turn right at the square with church and trees, over two train level crossings, 20 m. turn right down alley way. Just as difficult with a car as it says "private"

“Great hotel if everything is working”

Room was clean , comfortable, and had all amenities we needed . Air conditioner was initially working but turned off at some point in the middle of the night due to “system overload”. Still the room remained comfortable into the morning . Breakfast was great. Pool wasn’t working during our stay wh… lisää

Room was clean , comfortable, and had all amenities we needed . Air conditioner was initially working but turned off at some point in the middle of the night due to “system overload”. Still the room remained comfortable into the morning . Breakfast was great. Pool wasn’t working during our stay which was extremely disappointing as I had purposely chosen this hotel for the pool given the extreme heat. But it’s t looked nice outside ! Parking underground is a bonus!

“An oasis in a dreary town”

Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.
