So,this property is very near to Piazza municipio and was easy located on Via San Giacomo. So,this property is very near to Piazza municipio and was easy located on Via San Giacomo. There was a pleasant man at the reception and he gave us a nice place to keep our luggage as we were a bit early than the usual check in time. The road, at which this B&B/Hotel is situated, is full of hustle and bustle. Via Toledo -the main shopping area is very near along with many restaurants/pizzerias which offer quality food at a decent price. The building in which this hotel/B&B is, is quite safe and secure and can only be opened by the residents in the night.The room was cosy, neat and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious for two people. Room had a cupboard with mirror, minibar, Flat screen TV and a cute balcony with table-chairs. It was totally sound proof so even if, it was a weekend there was no noise coming inside the room from the street. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would like to recommend and stay here again.

The "hotel" or "B &B" (but without breakfast) ist located on the second floor of an office building close to the metro station "Municipio". From morning to evening there´s a receptionist who controls access to the building; after 7 p.m. you need one of the 4 keys you get to enter the building. In the surrounding streets there are lots of restaurants and also two supermarkets (Conad, Carrefour Express). The size of my double room (No. 6) was adequate, the bathroom was quite spacious. The room was clean and offered all I needed, minibar, a big flatscreen TV (even a selection of DVDs, didn´t use them though), airconditioning and free Wifi (good quality). Though the location of the building was central and quite good, I wouldn´t recommend running around alone at night in Napoli: I wouldn´t consider this safe (most areas)! Should I visit Napoli/Naples again I will surely book Domus Municipio again.

Vietimme tässä hotellissa viimeiset 2 yötä Napolissa, ja minun on myönnettävä, että se oli mukava hotelli. Check in oli hyvä, ja nuori mies vastaanotto oli erittäin hyödyllinen. Huoneet ovat kauniisti ja näkymä on mielenkiintoinen istua parvekkeelle ja katsella maailmaa. Bed oli mukava ja kaihtimet mahdollistavat huoneen pimenevän jopa Italian auringon kanssa. Huono puoli. . . . . . . hyvin vähän negatiivisia. Kuitenkin teimme skootterimme autotallissa yön yli, kuten hotelli ehdotti, mutta ei ilmoitettu, että tämä maksaisi meille 10 euroa per yö, kunnes saavuimme ulos. Lisäksi pyysimme taksia lentokentälle ja varasimme sen klo 9, mutta myöhemmin keskustelussa muutimme tämän kello 10, mutta tämä tuntui menettävän käännös, mikä on hienoa. Minusta tuntuu, että tämä on erittäin liiallista, varsinkin kun taksinkuljettaja ei puhu minulle tai edes yrittänyt käydä, ja toiseksi, että tätä korvausmäärää ei hoidettu. Tämä massiivisesti työkalu loistaa pois hotellin hotellissa. Toinen taksikuljettaja oli erittäin kohtelias ja rohkea. Lyhyesti. . . . . olisin jäädä tähän hotelliin uudelleen, koska sen läheisyys keskustaan ​​on loistava, mutta varokaa piilotettuja ekstroja kun alkaa tuntea hieman pettää.

This small 'hotel' is exactly what you need to explore Napoli if you are not looking for a luxury hotel. It is well located close to the Via Toledo so you can do most of the trips by foot, the rooms are nice and clean. You can take an Italian breakfast just around the corner. The price for the rooms is very reasonable. Do not expect a fancy lobby and do accept the shower not to be constant hot but these are minor remarks.
