“A beautiful stay in a beautiful location.”
A beautiful Accommodation , set in the most exquisite grounds. Lovely two bedroom apartment with balcony and Aircon . Two bathrooms. The place was very clean and a delight to stay in. This little slice of heaven in the countryside is the perfect place for families of all ages. This is why we have been coming back for over a decade. Meticulously kept grounds with an unbeatable view of the Umbrian countryside. The hospitality is like that of your own family. We will always be back!

“Excellent location, peaceful and authentic ”
We have just returned from a fortnight here. Fantastic views, very Italian and real. Great views, walks and easy to get to the surrounding area. Only 1 hr from Perugia airport driving slowly! Easy to walk into Paciano for three restaurants. Hosts speak little English but we got by. Didn’t have air … lisää

“Great value, property and people”
Despite limited English our hostess could not have been more accommodating ...the property itself was nice with gorgeous vistas, lovely swimming pools and fully equipped rooms and washing machines, which were appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

“Perfect relax”
We arrived to Paciano from busy Rome and it was a relief. Beatiful countryside and Tenuta Badia is great place to stay. There are two pools, every room has its small garden in front of it, owners are very kind and despite their limited English (and our absence of Italian) we had no problem to also … lisää
