“A lovely family-run hotel”
The Hotel Gortani is a delightful, small-medium sized hotel in Arte Terme. It has an excellent reastaurant, a spa complex, a pool and off-street parking. “Great hotel. Very comfortable and relaxed”
Everything about this hotel is high quality. The service from the staff is excellent. The comfort of the room is brilliant and the pool is great too. Parking was easy. It’s in the middle of a beautiful small mountain town. Breakfast was good too

“Probably the best hotel in Arta Terme”
The hotel is a converted Slivovich distillery which has been owned by the same family for decades. Our room was a quirky room in the eaves, it was well appointed had a good sized bathroom with a large shower. “Good hotel”
Hotel is good, but not excellent, something lucks, lack of atmosphere. Overall the stay was good, but expected something more. No complaints. Perfect reception staff.

“Expected more”
This was a comfortable but plain hotel with a mediocre half pension offering. The wellness was not extensive and getting an appointment for a massage was impossible because there was only one person availale for the whole hotel. They do have small pool and lovely grounds.
