This hotel and restaurant is in the heart of the charming old town centre. My room had a terrace and view of the old streets and hillsides. I loved having breakfast and dinner in the cozy restaurant with its beautiful views. Staff were completely helpful and friendly. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It had an old world charm - but with everything working correctly and very clean. I'd happily stay here again.

“Nice, great location, small and beautiful with room for improvement”

A beautiful hotel, very Italian with a great location at the heart of the old part of Frosninone - just across the Prefettura. A beautiful hotel, very Italian with a great location at the heart of the old part of Frosninone - just across the Prefettura. Very kind and helpful staff though only one speaks english - but that proved not to be a problem. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The main room was nice but right onto the little street which proved sometimes to be a bit noisy but not a real problem. The bathroom was functional but it is important to bring your own soap, hair washing , etc. - there is a soap dispenser in the show with whatever in it, not worth a try. The shower itself is very small!The room in total was very nice with little minuses on the bathroom. The breakfast has a close type of terrace with a breathtaking view - beautiful and right over the valley. However, the breakfast itself is absolutely minimum and not worth a try. Though Italian breakfast is in a lot o hotels not very fancy - this was simply bad. One cheese, one type of jam, cold eggs, hard bread, old croissants ... just the coffee was acceptable (not amazing, as coffee in Italy is almost always great!). We went every morning to the Bar Tucci Di Tucci a little bit down the hill and then to the right - great coffee, delicious sweets and Italian atmosphere. All in all, very nice hotel, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, bad breakfast!

“Dogs not welcomed, VERY poor breakfast & no credible wi-fi access.”

As appears usual in Italy we booked an hotel where dogs were accepted but again our dog was not welcomed by all; we were told that we could not take the dog into the restaurant for evening meal - so we made other arrangements - however at breakfast (different staff) he was allowed into to the resta… lisää

As appears usual in Italy we booked an hotel where dogs were accepted but again our dog was not welcomed by all; we were told that we could not take the dog into the restaurant for evening meal - so we made other arrangements - however at breakfast (different staff) he was allowed into to the restaurant. The breakfast buffet at 8.30am was almost empty and they had run out of even the basics like butter... even though breakfast service was advertised until 10.30am. It was a VERY poor breakfast. The Wi-Fi in the evening was impossible to access as it kept going on and off - generally poor service. Parking is a lottery - we were lucky to obtain a nearby space (250m walk) others' were not so lucky.
