A brilliant stay! A modern spacious hotel situated in the prime position! You have your pick of metros a few hundred metres away. A brilliant stay! A modern spacious hotel situated in the prime position! You have your pick of metros a few hundred metres away. The beds are great, the shower is fine for a 2 metre tall non-Italian stallion like me. Even my 2 meter tall 150kg fat dad was comfortable in the room and bathroom. Francesco is top class hospitable! One of those hotels that when you walk in hot and sweaty, the receptionist and manager sprint at you with a cold beer and towel. Also… having spoken to my friends who were also there for the Ryder Cup… the hotel was probably 30% to 50% cheaper. The view was insane onto the garden. Will only stay here in future. Thanks!

“Perfect base for exploring Rome”

Hotel is located within walking distance from Rome Termini station . We took SIT bus from FCO airport and its only 5-7mins walk to reach hotel. Checked in was fast. Hotel is located within walking distance from Rome Termini station . We took SIT bus from FCO airport and its only 5-7mins walk to reach hotel. Checked in was fast. Our room was on the corner of 7 floor (highest floor) with balcony. Room was very spacious and new. There was chairs and table in the balcony overlooking resident building and museum( gallery). No heater during the day ( not sure what time heater off ) until 5pm. Heater was centrally controlled and at night could be cold sometimes. Heater in Toilet/bathroom didn’t work. We were from tropical country so we re not used to the cold. The main road outside hotel got a bus stop ( Volturno/Cernaia stop) . Bus 492 to Vatican City, Trevori fountain , Parthenon. Many minimarkets and cafe/ resto nearby. We re happy with the stay.

“Great Location to Train Station”

This hotel is in a great location only about 10 mins walking from the Rome train station. Plenty of restaurants close by. It's located on a small side block which makes it very private. Plenty of souvenirs shops close by. The rooms are modern and the balconies have a nice view. Book the 5th floo… lisää

This hotel is in a great location only about 10 mins walking from the Rome train station. Plenty of restaurants close by. It's located on a small side block which makes it very private. Plenty of souvenirs shops close by. The rooms are modern and the balconies have a nice view. Book the 5th floor if you can. The air conditioning is cool but wishes it was cooler. The only downside to the hotel is the hallways are very dark. They have automatic lights when you get close to your room but I wish the lights in the hallways were on all the time. I didn't like walking out into a dark hallway at night. The staff checking is in was very friendly and most staff always had a smile on their face and was very welcoming. Martine was helpful each day and alway greeted us by name. One of the staff members that was there in the evening Simon never seemed to be happy to be there. Never acknowledged us walking in and seemed very frustrated when the door didn't close behind us. The breakfast option is $10 per day and they have a nice seating area behind the lobby.

“May not do it again”

We stayed here for 1 night. There are pros and cons. But, overall, I don't think we will stay here again. For the pros: the room is generally clean, though still have rooms for improvement (e.g. the shower head is quite dirty). Modern design. Friendly staff. Spacious. Good wifi. Good breakf… lisää

We stayed here for 1 night. There are pros and cons. But, overall, I don't think we will stay here again. For the pros: the room is generally clean, though still have rooms for improvement (e.g. the shower head is quite dirty). Modern design. Friendly staff. Spacious. Good wifi. Good breakfast (additional cost). For the cons: the air-con is centrally controlled and the hotel turns the cooling system off (due to the city authority's requirement). So, we were asked to open the floor-to-ceiling window/door. This led to another problem - mosquitos. We slept only very briefly with the buzzing mosquitos around. The view of the room is nothing like those shown in the website. It does not bother us much though. I guess a more expensive room will have a view. Our major concern is safety and security. The balcony is very close to the next building and we are on 2nd floor. With the balcony window/door open, we feel vulnerable. In hindsight, we should have requested to change to another room for safety concern. We also feel uncomfortable with the surrounding neighbourhood. I think we may choose another place to stay for our next visit.
