Great location and is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Alassio including a number of 4* hotels as well. Rooms very clean and tidy and its location in central Alassio is great. Great customer service: parked our car for us, Reception provided answers to any questions, At breakfast once you asked them for anything, it appeared, and would be provided every day if you wanted it. “Good, clean, centrally located hotel”

Good, clean hotel slightly set back from the town so apart from the local barking dog who lives opposite (mostly in the afternoons) we had a reasonably quiet stay. Anna on reception was very friendly and welcoming, as were the breakfast staff. Food at breakfast was varied and thoroughly enjoyable. If we were in the area again, we would certainly return. “Nice hotel”

Lovely atmosphere and comfortable stay. Good and varied breakfast. Limited bar service but as it is basically in the centre this does not matter. Helpful staff organised beach for us.

We stayed at the Nuovo Bristol hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of August and came away satisfied with the experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but very conviently an easy walk of less than 500 meters from the sea. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was rather small and gloomy, although we could not fault anything in particular. Airconditioning luckily worked perfectly during our stay in ever higher temperatures and humidity and the room was solidy isolated from the outside noises, for instance from the trains that pass close to the hotel. Inside noises were another matter: the wooden floors make sure that every moving of furniture in the hotel is very well audible and when the rooms are being made up the noise is sometimes deafening. Tha bathroom again was very small, but the shower was really good. The room did not come with standard amenities as a safe and a minibar, which we found disappointing. Staff is generally nice and helpful, with a special mention to the very friendly people serving breakfast (which was abundant and of excellent quality) and the nightporter who provided us with cold beers when we returned to the hotel at night. Parking is conveniently located below the hotel. You have to leave the keys at the reception and the staff then parks the car but for us this was fine. What kind of surprised us was that the hotel says it has an arrangement with Bagno Torino, one of the (many) beachclubs, but there they had no room for us as hotel guests so that we had to try our luck elsewhere and found a place which was not only much closer by but also cheaper than the tariffs the lady at the reception mentioned as their "special" fees at Bagno Torino. But all in all, apart from the minor annoyances mentioned above we had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel and probably shortlist it should we in the future stay in Alassio again.
