Stunning views of lake Garda in nice little village. The hotel is not too big, I liked it as I prefer small and cosy ones. Room was ok, a bit tired, not updated yet. “the good the bad and the ugly!”

We stayed here in June for a week. The hotel is high above Lake Garda with great views of the area. Beware, there are four hotels of this name around the lake and we thought we were booked into the one with excellent ratings all round! We stayed here in June for a week. The hotel is high above Lake Garda with great views of the area. Beware, there are four hotels of this name around the lake and we thought we were booked into the one with excellent ratings all round! To get to the hotel you have a long hairpin drive which on a dark stormy night was quite disturbing. The hotel is a bit tired as are the rooms. We stayed on a half-board basis - breakfast was fine but the evening meals varied tremendously, There were some strange medleys of food on one plate sometimes. My partner is still shuddering from the plate of polenta and dried fish he was served on the first night! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was basic but clean and pleasant. There is no lounge only an outdoor area to sit with a television provided. Drinks were expensive. The hotel is in a small village with some shops and eating places. There is an interesting church near the hotel. We sometimes used the bus to get down to the lake. A positive for us was that we drove around the villages and surrounding area which we probably wouldn't have done if we'd been based on the lake itself. I would not stay here again because of the drive up to the hotel.

Hotel is very nice placed with breath-taking view on the lake. Rooms DeLux and Superior are newly furnished, clean and nice. Only rooms DeLux have a small balcony. Staff is pleasant and willing. Hotel is very nice placed with breath-taking view on the lake. Rooms DeLux and Superior are newly furnished, clean and nice. Only rooms DeLux have a small balcony. Staff is pleasant and willing. However, the meals were mostly not so much than average, very bad breakfasts :((( Guests having half board cannot sit during dinner at windows with view on the lake. Why ???!! It seems that hotel prefers "paying" boarder.....
