First of all, I must thank the owner and his son for rescuing us by providing an ENEL payment card for us to charge our electric vehicle. Wow! It was beyond our expectations. Many thanks to Luciano & Andrea. Next, they operate a restaurant that is among the best in the Macerata area. I highly recommend it for the tasty, freshly prepared and well presented foods as well as great value house wines. And yes, the service by Luciano, Andrea and another kind male server were highly attentive. The hotel is a challenge for me to write. I appreciated all at the lodging (from the size of the room to the comfort to the breakfast to the front desk staff who were highly knowledgeable and helpful) except the hard mattress as well as hard pillows. I recommend that they be changed by management to medium softness for the mattress as well as pillows. The value of the room was average. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes with the caveat about the mattress and pillows.

We are travelling a lot around the worldu.But we have rarely experienced such friendly staff. Really top. Thank you, it was a pleasure. Can recommend the hotel A big thank to the Recepetionist. On top it is perfect located for visiting the Park and grottos

We only stayed a couple of nights, after having spent a few days with friends in Le Marche. We booked a superior room and although perhaps a little dated it was spacious and spotlessly clean with a balcony and views over the nearby gorge. We only stayed a couple of nights, after having spent a few days with friends in Le Marche. We booked a superior room and although perhaps a little dated it was spacious and spotlessly clean with a balcony and views over the nearby gorge. We never tried the spa facilities but there is a lovely outdoor pool, and there is also plenty of parking. Sadly we also were unable to try the restaurant, which by all accounts is very good. We arrived on a Monday and on the one night when we were tired and wanted to stay in, the restaurant was closed. However the lovely English speaking receptionist recommended a nearby local restaurant up in the hills where we had a very nice meal amongst the locals. The following night we decided that we must have a pizza and again she came to our rescue and recommended a trattoria in nearby Fabriano. The dearest pizza was only 7.50 euros and, boy were they good. We had a most enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in staying again when in the area.
