“Quiet and cosy”
I have been here for 4 days, for working purposes and this hotel offers everything a tired person may need. Decent breakfast, cosy rooms, and a very friendly and helpful owner! The only negative is the rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noice can come in.

“Nice garden and pool, beautiful rooms”
A beautiful accommodation. Don't worry about the road, you won't hear it from the B&B. We enjoyed our beautiful big room, so nice decorated. “cycling the Gran Tour della Maremma”
This hotel was ideally placed for our cycling trip along the GTM, being about 80km from Massa Marittima. The hotel gave us a good welcome and we were able to lock the bikes away in a garage.
