“A wonderful family owned hotel near Pisa and Florence”
Hotel Il Sole is a wonderful family owned hotel in Empoli. Niccoló was incredibly friendly. He pointed us to great restaurants and the best gelato in Tuscany! “Great value and friendly staff!”
This hotel is an excellent base to explore Tuscany . The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to assist with booking taxis and providing a free coffee during our stay. “A perfect good”
Great little place in great location, rooms were nice, bathrooms too. Its a great good value place with 0 complaints about it. If you need parking I recommend to write them before to book a garage spot.

“Great Empoli option, convenient to Florence and the region.”
This is really a great hotel and we very enjoyed our visit. Very easy to pop into Florence for the whole day, as the well-served train station is just meters away (but no noise or disruption within the hotel). “Good base from which to explore Tuscany.”
Hotel is in a great location opposite the train station from which you can travel effortlessly to Pisa, Florence etc. Parking is difficult in the summer and the hotel breakfast is basic.
