A wonderful hotel in everything it offers, from the beautifully decorated rooms, the fabulous restaurant, the quality and diverse food. A wonderful hotel in everything it offers, from the beautifully decorated rooms, the fabulous restaurant, the quality and diverse food. Breakfast with many options, the best espresso drunk in a hotel, great variety of drinks. Special thanks to Sergey who took care of us at every dinner, made very good recommendations of wines, prosecco, etc. The heated outdoor pool is a very pleasant experience. The hotel has indoor parking for cars, a ski equipment storage room with boot heaters. The free bus that takes you to the slopes has a stop in front of the hotel (9 minutes to Alpe di Siusi, 15 minutes to Ortisei). I really liked this hotel and I will come back. Thanks, Abinea.

“Very nice hotel but very expensive”

Very nice hotel well located. We appreciate the food, the pool! However the staff does not smile much and the price-quality ratio is very disappointing

The Abinea Hotel is a beautiful property, very well located and impeccably clean. The spa is excellent, and the lady who manages it is truly wonderful. The Abinea Hotel is a beautiful property, very well located and impeccably clean. The spa is excellent, and the lady who manages it is truly wonderful. The food is delicious, the rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable but there is no air conditioning in the rooms, unfortunately. And yet, despite the altitude, in August it gets very hot in the rooms. However, I found it a little surprising — and somewhat disconcerting — that apart from the young lady at the reception, no one else seemed to smile. Most of the staff felt rather reserved and not particularly kids-friendly. No one to carry our luggage from the garage up to the hotel room. Sergei, who served us in the restaurant, was very pleasant and did his best to make our meals as enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not come across as very welcoming.
