“Comfortable hotel, excellent staff”

Bellavista is located in a convenient position, very close to the pretty town center of Cavalese and with a good parking option for free right in front of the building. Bellavista is located in a convenient position, very close to the pretty town center of Cavalese and with a good parking option for free right in front of the building. The hotel has a nice mountain feeling thanks to the wooden furniture, with a cosy bar area and a large restaurant room. The staff is really nice and helpful, in particular that in the bar and restaurant, I would happily quote the names of the two ladies and two gentlemen who dealt with us so graciously if I knew them. Also the housekeeping staff was very polite and flexibvle with room cleaning. The owners/managers manning the reception desk during the day were very helpful and with a very deep knowledge of the local attractions, with plenty of suggestions for the best skiing areas in the valley according to the weather. The breakfast was truly good, with plenty of goodies baked directly in the hotel kitchen, maybe I would increase a bit the choice of savoury options to cater for a more northern European crowd. I had the buffet dinner only once and I was truly satisfied by the quality. The wellness area is small but well furnished, with finnish sauna, turkish bath, termarium, relax area and an excellent whirlpool. Just the lady running the spa area seemed to be more brusque and less polite than the rest of the staff. The room was fine, all the necessary appliances were present, there was no complimentary toiletries nor bathing robe but other people had the latter so I probably had an economy room. The sleeping quality might depend on the location of the room, I had one at the end of the corridor so there was no passage of people and nights were very quiet but those in the middle of the corridor might undergo some disturbance. The price is in line with the location and season. Overall recommended.

“Nice and clean.”

Good central location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff gave good advice about activities. Nice little spa. Hot in the rooms due to no aircondition. Not all rooms have a view.... Only Italian TV channels.
