“Lovely hotel”
The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful along with the other staff. They kindly organised a pack up breakfast for us as we had to leave one day before breakfast was open, nothing felt like too much trouble. “Old-time atmosphere with up-to-date professionalism”
We were only unhappy that we had to leave the hotel and to continue our trip to South. The hotel owners are very friendly and truly open their hearts to its guests. Breakfast and the dinner were ok, hotel rooms are old-school but with all neccessary equipment.

“Nice stay in a nice hotel”
Nice view high up in the mountains. We were also upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost. Easy to park the car. Good internet connection. The road up to the hotel had a lot of curves, but was quite fun to drive

“Comfortable traditional hotel.”
A welcoming hotel with traditional service standards. Staff were all very pleasant and food good. Our room had a lake view and was comfortable. There is a steep but short walk uphill to the centre of the town and the walk along the lakeside is attractive. Plenty of parking.

“Nice hotel with a great sight from the rooms.”
We had a warm welcome at the hotel. From the rooms you have a great sight on to the lake and also to the mountains. The normal rooms are rather old. Especially the bath rooms should be updated. Nevertheless the rooms were very clean and the aura from past days was still present. The superior rooms … lisää
