Alexandra and Patricia the owners are very welcoming and good communicators providing daily free activities.The Hotel is exceptionally clean and close to town and bus station.Breakfast and dinner are provided with many first class options.Every table beautifully decorated with linen tablecloths,serviettes and fresh flowers.Beatrix and Kanado provide exceptional service to all clients in the restaurant.Valeria the beauty therapist is extremely talented providing facials,massages and waxing with a genuine attitude and empathic approach.I would highly recommend Hotel Síttnerhof and look forward to returning in the future.

You really feel welcome here. The overall staff experience was fantastic - and it seems to be a very nice atmosphere also among the staff members. The food was excellent - and also the location was terrific; close to the the city center but still quite and relaxing without traffic noise etc.

“A hidden gem…”

We stayed as a family of 4 with a dog on a road trip across Europe and were very impressed with the hotel - staff were excellent, rooms were spotless and we were helped in every way possible from assistance with parking (a top box meant we could not fit in the underground garage) to helping source … lisää

We stayed as a family of 4 with a dog on a road trip across Europe and were very impressed with the hotel - staff were excellent, rooms were spotless and we were helped in every way possible from assistance with parking (a top box meant we could not fit in the underground garage) to helping source a vet for our unwell dog. We are due to return in our way back to the UK and are looking forward to it. The food was excellent, our only reason to not award 5 star was the menu was somewhat limited and not that “child” friendly in terms of options but as grown ups we loved it!

“A/C does not function during hot summer nights”

The Hotel overall is nice . It is a 15 minute walk to the center. My only complaint is that the A/C is not able to cool the room down. If you are like myself accustomed to A/C then do not stay here during the months of June/July. When i questioned the front desk regarding the A/C they simply said … lisää

The Hotel overall is nice . It is a 15 minute walk to the center. My only complaint is that the A/C is not able to cool the room down. If you are like myself accustomed to A/C then do not stay here during the months of June/July. When i questioned the front desk regarding the A/C they simply said that most people just open the windows at night and just deal with mosquitoes . The room would not cool below 80 F/ 27 C the 2 nights that we were there. That I am sure is great for most of the year but at over $375 a night I would have expected more. At least tell people before they arrive so they have the option to go elsewhere.
