“A comfortable and very pleasant stay”

We have just returned from a week in Pinzolo staying at the hotel Alpina. The room was clean with a large shower and very comfortable bed. The rooms are cleaned daily . We have just returned from a week in Pinzolo staying at the hotel Alpina. The room was clean with a large shower and very comfortable bed. The rooms are cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Evening meal had a large food bar containing lots of various things to eat, very tasty. A choice of starter and main course. ( would have liked a vegetarian option for dinner) however, I am sure if I had asked they would have given me something different. I didn’t bother as the salad bar was so plentiful. Lovely desert. We never went hungry . The staff are lovely. Very attentive. We decided to have a locker at the gondola. There were ski buses nearby to the hotel , we didn’t need to use them as we left our skis in the lockers. It was only a 10 minute walk so no hassle at all. Pinzolo is a nice town. Smallish but several shops and restaurants. Unfortunately I managed to break my wrist on the second day of our holiday. I think the ladies name was Cathy. The owner. She was absolutely fantastic. She sorted a taxi for my husband to come to the hospital and then again for the return journey. The following day we had to return to the hospital. She sorted out the bus timetable for us. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The whole family were lovely.

“Recommendable family hotel”

Nice small family hotel where you feel very welcome. There is a really good service and the staff/family do everything to make it a pleasant stay. A recommended place to spend your winter holidays. Lovely hotel rooms and lounges, where you can spend your evenings.

This was one of our best vacation ever! Hotel Alpina is a small, family run hotel in the very center of Pinzolo, right in front of the town's main square. Even though the hotel faces the main street, it's very quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a triple room (#304), which, though relatively small, had everything we needed with plenty of closet space and very comfy beds. The bathroom was not fancy, but everything worked perfectly. The hotel has also a nice common area on the first floor which was great to do family games and to But the highlight of our stay was the staff, professional and extremely friendly at the same time. I highly recommend booking a "mezza pensione" because the restaurant and breakfast are really, really good. If we go back to Pinzolo, we will definitely stay again at Hotel Alpina!
