It was one of the best holidays ever. We went with a toddler and the amount of activities throughout the day is almost overwhelming. The fact that there's free childcare for most of the day (not that we used the whole day) means that parents can rest too for a bit - and be flexible when best to do it. Everything is super well-thought through - for both kids and parents. The food is out of this world with lots of flexible options for maybe more fussy kids. Although a little pricey - you can totally feel the value for money and will come out much more relaxed and refreshed after it, even with an active toddler.

“An excellent place to spend a week with family”

This is probably by far the best resort to come with the family. Facilities were modern , safe and plentiful. More than enough to keep both parents and children entertained and engaged. Rooms are carefully thought through , spacious and practical. Staff friendly and kind.

“This hotel is a disaster!”

I’m writing this review while grieving the tragic loss of my trousers button (see photo). It didn’t survive the extreme overeating caused by the dangerously delicious buffet. I’m writing this review while grieving the tragic loss of my trousers button (see photo). It didn’t survive the extreme overeating caused by the dangerously delicious buffet. Honestly, this hotel should come with a warning label: “May cause sudden wardrobe malfunction.” We also received an upgraded room — a ballroom. And I mean literally: it took us three full minutes to walk from one side to the other. I considered booking an e-scooter just to get to the bed. My daily step count doubled before breakfast. Speaking of logistics, our car was parked in the nicest parking spot we have ever seen. At this point I’m convinced the valet team is secretly trained by Disney Imagineers, because even the parking experience felt magical. Every morning we had plans: peaceful family swim, some reading… Feuerstein: “Cute. No.” The mud room kidnapped the kids before we even reached the pool. My husband suddenly transformed into an Olympic-level table tennis athlete. Our daughter disappeared into the dollhouse like she fell into Narnia. And the hay attic? I’m pretty sure time works differently there. As for my book — never opened it. Who can possibly read with mountain views screaming for attention from the pool like: “Hey you! Yes, you with the towel — LOOK AT ME.” And the ponies… Oh, the ponies. Adorable, fluffy financial ruin. Our children are now 100% convinced we need one at home. I blame the hotel entirely for the upcoming bankruptcy. To top it all off: the animation team danced SO hard I’m pretty sure at least one of them spontaneously combusted. If cardio had a sound, it would be whatever music they were playing. In short: chaos. Joy. Calories. Kids refusing to leave. Parents considering pony ownership and hallway navigation maps for their room. This hotel is an absolute disaster — which is exactly why we’re already planning our return.
