We are already talking about our return trip! We had a full day just using the facilities and it was so relaxing and a great reset for the family. Kids loved the kids club and all the amenities.

“Excellent service”

Really nice hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains. The service in the Hotel is excellent, especially from the reception, and Günther in the reception really did everything to make our stay a great experience.

Don't be concerned this is the only review so far in 2018 in English. Most of the clients are Swiss or German. Moving on... This is an excellent 4star mountain side resort, we visited as a family with two under 3. Firstly the room. Bright, Spacious and well designed. A good sized balcony view over the pool and the mountain view. All boxes ticked! The food! Oh the food. Gastronomic standard, excellent presentation and intriguing flavours. Dinner Portions are on the smaller side, particularly if you have had a day of biking or hiking, but the salad bar and desert bar make up for it. The wine list is extensive and the bar prices are reasonable. The breakfast is excellent and varied, I recommend the juice bar and the omelettes are real winners. Lunch, get in quick before 2:30pm as the Buffet and seating fills up fast! Like real fast, most are finished by 2:50pm. Activities are varied and fun. The advanced mountain biker tour was sadly all road and all up hill, not as expected at all! We are in beautiful mountain and Forrest surrounding and we do 13km of road? A minus point here! The Pools and choice of saunas means they are never that busy. I loved the saunas and chill area outside, perfect for getting away for a few minutes. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional and informative. Paul in particular is an asset to the team! Kids club, again great facilities and staff, they even take the kids for lunch and the parents can drop and collect the kids when they want. Lots of events at night, DJ, Magician, kids street event thing on Friday. It may look costly in the face of it, but this is well worth the outgoing for a week of family fun, outdoor activities and chill out time. I can't wait to visit again!

“Pretty, but not excellent ”

The hotel was very beautiful from the inside, because the rooms were modernized. But the outside is kind of old and the location of the hotel is next to a road. The service was good, but the food was not the best.
