We have just had a great week with our family & friends for my husbands 60th birthday. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the slopes. The staff are great special message to Nico who looked after everyone so well in the bar & the ladies in the restaurant were great too. The food was lovely and plentiful. The whole hotel was spotless and had a lovely cosy feel. The spa, pool jacuzzi & sauna was a great addition too & our friends enjoyed their treatments. We would highly recommend this lovely old property with all its charm & modern facilities.

Our three families had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Corona Kristall Hotel for a week at the beginning of February 2026, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The service was exceptional throughout our stay; the staff were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was a delight, with a fantastic selection of delicious and beautifully presented dishes that catered to all tastes. We can't recommend the Corona Kristall Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday, and we are already planning our return trip. Thank you for a wonderful week

We stayed at this lovely hotel in San Vigilio and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was large and spacious, with a jacuzzi bath that was perfect after a long day of skiing. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a very thorough job on the days we requested cleaning. We also had a large balcony with beautiful views overlooking the village, which was a real bonus. Breakfast and evening meals were both very good, with plenty of choice, and the swimming pool and spa area were lovely and well maintained—ideal for relaxing after skiing. The ski bus stop is just a short walk from the hotel, next to the boot room, and takes you directly to the Miara lift and the main Kronplatz ski area. Alternatively, it’s only a 5–6 minute walk to the Rodelbahn Cianross lift (also used for night sledging) or to the Pedagà and Skitrans Bronta lift, which links to the Miara lift. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in San Vigilio.

1. The location of the hotel is OK. It is a short 5minut walk from the main gondola. No issues if everyone carries their own skis, good warmup but be mindful if kids are small and you need to help them out with thier gear. 1. The location of the hotel is OK. It is a short 5minut walk from the main gondola. No issues if everyone carries their own skis, good warmup but be mindful if kids are small and you need to help them out with thier gear. Shops galore around the hotel including great bakery and local supermarket which is very well stocked. 2. Spa facilities. Honestly a huge plus here. We have been in many hotels during our skiing trips but this was the only pool where the water temperature was actually more than bearable. It was a real pleasure using the pool, saunas and have access to the tea room. 3. Food. This is the only area where I am going to deduct a star. If you are on a low carb or a keto diet the standard menu will be a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious, however, your macros will not be fulfilled eating at this hotel. Luckily, we spoke to the staff and from day2 of our one week stay they accommodated our request for protein heavy meals in the evenings. Morning breakfasts still had to be topped up by our own produce from the supermarket. The kids menue is a plus too. 4. Staff, very friendly and approachable. Hotel owner goes extra mile making sure you maximise your stay. He spent time with us explaining best connections to Corvara, printed out my boys homework and let us use hotel's sledges. 5. Room was great. Heating just perfect. Huge beds, lots of storage space. An addition of a hotel kettle would be a bonus. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
