This is a boutique hotel located near enough to the centre of Perugia for an easy commute but feels private, surrounded by magnificent gardens, very clean, stylish and private. The rooms are spacious, great beds and all facilities you can expect from a 4 star property. The value for money is simply amazing. There was a bawl of complimentary fresh fruits on our arrival, which was a very nice touch. There is a good restaurant in the hotel too, but you can go out to eat locally if you prefer, it is all there. Free secured private parking is on site. Breakfast was also good. I really can't think of a single drawback, amazing gem of a hotel.

This otherwise ordinary hotel feels like a private boutique hotel in peaceful surroundings set in middle of greenery around. At the lobby level it has many tastefully furnished rooms having good décor for use by its guests. It is situated just outside of Perugia in not so central or convenient location if you do not plan to drive on your own. Hotel location is perfect for anyone who likes seafood since it has a very reputed seafood restaurant within its compound, which is generally busy always. The House keeping was good with nothing to complain. I requested to front office for iron & board on the first morning itself and which was promptly placed in my room during the day and then it’s stayed in my room during my entire stay. Further I wanted to use the hotel kitchen for some “heat & eat” food that I had carried along with me for weekends not knowing whether they serve meals on these days, once again I was promptly helped on this matter with a large smile – its simply made my day as not many hotels in entire Europe would entertain such a request then the go out of there way to implement it. Staff in Front office was exceptionally helpful with smiling faces and ensured that ones feel welcomed & comfortable. The side facing rooms like mine room 203 on 2nd floor had view of the restaurant building. My single occupancy “Standard Room” had single bed. The lighting in the room was adequate but the natural lighting was just about OK since was dependent on just one tall window in the corner. This was small size room having decent old style décor and was equipped with all basic amenities only. It had a possibly a 24” TV, a sofa chair, one designated foldable rack/shelf for keeping suitcase. It also had an ancient air-conditioner which showed its cooling effect only between 3 am to 6 am each morning, but otherwise was almost useless as I sweated on all nights so was struggling to sleep in the July heat. There was complimentary fresh fruits in the room, a nice touch. This room had NO ceiling or pedestal fan or bedside clock. no safe & no working table/chair. It had no complementary mineral water bottles, which is not so uncommon with such category hotels in Italy. It had one electric point for charging by the side of the bed over the side table and hence is in sufficient in present times of multiple gadgets. The attached bathroom was just about adequate in its size with shower area having a small square shower cubical, very bland & basic décor and with just only liquid soap as toiletries available in it. The shower pressure was terrible. The Hotel has free Wi-Fi for unlimited devices per room). Breakfast buffet was good & much better then the typical breakfast available across most hotels in Italy of similar category. It had choices of most Coffee’s, Fruits, Juices, Breads, Muffins, Cereals, Yogurt & cakes etc. each day but most things were packed and not fresh. Most of the breakfast staff were extremely courteous & helpful and so deserves every possible praise. It offers a choice of a decent bar as well as a great sit outs in its garden (where they also serve liquor too) to satisfy most people with reasonable expectation. Car parking is free & also adequate since it has secured parking on one of its side. It is situated about 12 kms distance from Perugia Train Station which cost about Euro 25 on taxi that I used at 4.30 am. The hotel had booked the taxi & which arrived almost 10 minutes ahead of time. I would definitely stay in this hotel again without any hesitation whenever in future my work requires me to be in Perugia again. All in all it’s a very good value for money hotel with an extremely courteous, friendly, exceptionally helpful staff who leave no stone unturned to make one feel comfortable at all times.

Although not situated in the most picturesque place, this is a very good hotel with modern stylish rooms (in the new wing at least) newly decorated. The breakfast was above average and although busy there was space enough for all. The restaurant was excellent (although this was judged on an inclusive jazz evening dinner - not a la carte) sitting outside in a pleasant ambience. Plenty of free parking and an easy drive into central Perugia.

“A nice hotel with an good seafood restaurant”

This hotel is difficult to find, but a good place to stay outside Perugia. Our room had a few minor problems, like a broken shower head holder and a broken magnifying mirror stem, but was otherwise fine. Its restaurant turned out to be a seafood restaurant, and we would have stayed another night… lisää

This hotel is difficult to find, but a good place to stay outside Perugia. Our room had a few minor problems, like a broken shower head holder and a broken magnifying mirror stem, but was otherwise fine. Its restaurant turned out to be a seafood restaurant, and we would have stayed another night if it had been open on Sunday. Don't miss the Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria -- a fantastic museum.
