Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf - Hotel Splendid

“Good property with poor service”

We stayed here for a night. The property is good with spacious room and centralised air conditioning. But it needs maintenance. Wood decors in toilet have been worn out. Buffet breakfast spread was limited.

SOTC Group 11-12 June19 # 212 1.Hotel was away from the city & probably used because of the connectivity to the highway for the next city Arezzo. 2.SOTC driver lost his way to the hotel.Dont know why they use GPS. 3.Hotel gave two room keys.The group could have used one as they had dinner outside the hotel & were resting for the night. 4.The room features were smart.However there was no shower caps, only empty shower cap boxes. 5.There were mosquitoes after opening the balcony door& therefore had to close the door leading to the balcony. 6.The hotel breakfast was not upto the mark & lacked in variety.It was stuffy in there as two groups came in for bfast. 7.Hardly any interaction with FB service staff in the bfast room. 8.The reception counter said keep the bags at your own risk.+ said there would be no one from 7-9 am. 9.Hardly anyone could be seen in the lobby or the porch areas. 10.The wifi was tricky but worked. 11. Good size lobby. Appeared to me that Raddison Blu Brand was not I had experienced .

“The hotel is nice and quiet”

The hotel is one of three in the resort, the rooms are good but all the facilities are in another hotel ,very close by, the terma lookes a bit old but it lookes like they are taking care of it. they store the bikes in the hotel. The restorant had high prices but you can eat at the bar(good bar).… lisää

The restorant had high prices but you can eat at the bar(good bar). braekfast was really very,very good.

“Nice hotel big rooms”

This is nice hotel in padova. We stayed for one night as a part of group. The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel is far from the city and there is nothing much outside the hotel. There is no room service.
