Excellent location for arriving either with car or bus or train! They are just minutes from public transportations and city centre. They have underground garage which you cannot prebook, but in case there is no availability in it - which hardly will ever happen, here are still a multiple store parking garage and open parking right across the hotel. The stuff is excellent, cheerful, helpful and they speak great English! Hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms are all very clean, modern and newly furnished (great interior design!). The breakfast buffet (included in the booking) was excellent, large portions, a wide selection of food and drinks, constantly replenished. They have another restaurant on the rooftop and they have a bar on terrace with a view on the sea and Porto Marghera in the distance. Noise level - well you can hear people from hallway if they are loud in the night, and the windows have trouble fully closing so a noise and a bit of air go trough the window. But nevertheless - the value for the money is excellent! I highly recommend it and I will definitely return again in it.

The breakfast menu was the same every day, but I didn't mind at all because everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast menu was the same every day, but I didn't mind at all because everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff was lovely, always smiling and ready to help with any request. The location is great—you can get to the tourist area quickly via the People Mover, and there's a vaporetto stop nearby. It’s very quiet in the evening; the only busy time is the afternoon when day-trippers leave the island. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

“Your ideal Venice base!”

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend in early April. This hotel is ideally placed the bus from the airport (Treviso) passes this Hotel and stops just across in the next block really perfect location, brand-new build Hotel all the facilities that you would need. The people mover is less than a five minute walk and right near where the bus drops you off you’re in Venice in less than 10 minutes with very little fuss. Major benefit of this Hotel is not having to walk around the streets of Venice trying to find it at night. We did have one issue and that was a huge crack across the window, we reported it and they quickly moved us rooms. The breakfast is excellent and well worth it if you’re considering adding it on the rooms are very comfortable very modern for all the brits out there - no tea and coffee making facilities, but you’re in Italy so no shortage of coffee anywhere. We were in the second block of this hotel facing the road. There was a fair amount of noise from vans etc as we were situated on a bend and they seem to stop, change gear and get going again and it makes a bit of a racket which woke us up in the morning from about 5am - shut the windows or bring air plugs but we had to have the windows open because they don’t switch the Aircon on in April. That’s really the only niggle this hotel is outstanding and I will book it again and I will definitely come back to Venice!

“Preparing for Cruise from Venice”

Great staff, friendly and personable. Room was a little small but had space to store and hang clothes. Clean room and bathroom, bed was comfortable, view of courtyard and water. The rain shower was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
