“Excellent! Very welcoming, modern, clean and great location and lovely staff”
This was an amazing hotel in a quiet and pretty location just across the water form Venice, away form the crowds but close enough to be in San Marco in 5-minutes by water taxi/boat. “A slice of serenity in the heart of Venice”
If you don't mind the morning ferry commute then this hidden gem is a wonderful way to experience a less busy side of Venice. “Wow, simply wow!”
This is one of those rare hotels for which all the reviews you read.. are true. An oasis of rest after a visit to crowded Venice. Véry friendly and helpfull staff, a beautiful hotelroom, the whole hotel is very clean, excellent breakast till 11.00 am (!!) Will 100% return here!

“Ideal location in a clean, comfortable hotel”
What a great, great hotel! It was comfortable and clean, with a garden view. This was such a nice respite from the crowds of Venice.
