This beautifully converted industrial building provides an amazing environment of indoor-outdoor spaces next to the lagoon and close to vaporetto stops. Don't let the small facade of the hotel fool you, once inside the premises there are lots of amenities, vistas and spaces to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast option, if you take it, is a lovely way to start the day in a large, airy dining room with views out to the lagoon. Whereas we had to point out some housekeeping issues last time we stayed 2 years ago, this time the place was immaculate, a credit to manager and staff. Compared to staying in Venice itself, the hotel is very good value. Sleep quality was only impacted slightly by the fact that we visited in late April when the aircon wasn't needed. With the windows open there were, however, a few mozzies around so take the usual precautions!

“Murano stay”

The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. Employees were excellent. I would have liked to have access to netflix or other viewing apps like the NH Collection has in Florence. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond — a beautifully decorated room with a stunning lagoon view and thoughtful personal touches made it magical. The entire team, from reception to the bartender (who created amazing cocktails!), delivered exceptional service with real heart. A place full of elegance, comfort and true Italian charm. My husband and I stayed here last year, and I reviewed the hotel then. However when we returned I was delighted to find that the hotel- an exquisite Venetian hotel in a modern style, was just as magical an experience. It is on the less crowded, comfortable island of Murano, the source of all that famous glass. The staff are amazing- and Matteo ,who speaks four languages even remembered us from last year. Laura in the restaurant also warmly greeted us on our return! I had a spa treatment and Maria B was wonderful. She has a warm and soothing style and her treatment was one of the most memorable I have ever received. We hope to return to Venice next year and we will certainly book at this hotel. Bravi!!!
