We rented two rooms here in early July and had a great experience. The staff was very courteous, helpful and accomodating. They saved us a lot of time with recommendations for travel around the city and restaurants. The property is wonderful and close to the train station (so you don't have to haul your luggage around in a water taxi). Great air conditioning and all the comforts you'd expect from a hotel stay. Everything looks new and the property is clean as well. We will come back and stay here again.

“Excellent hotel”

Great hotel with helpful concierge near restaurants and shopping etc rooms are a good size modern and super comfortable good location as only a 10 minute walk from train and water taxi just down street we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

“Ideal location for exploring”

We stayed in this hotel room only for four nights as a couple at the end of July 2025. The hotel is ideally situated for the Guglie stop serviced by the Alilaguna Water Bus from Marco Polo airport. We stayed in this hotel room only for four nights as a couple at the end of July 2025. The hotel is ideally situated for the Guglie stop serviced by the Alilaguna Water Bus from Marco Polo airport. The hotel and room were basic – but suited our needs for a City Break. We were in room 218 at the top of the stairs – small room but adequate. Short walk from Ferrovia AVM water bus stop that goes straight to San Marco Square. We preferred to walk, it took us about 30 minutes to get to the centre of things. We much prefered the area the hotel was in – quieter with cafes and restraunts nearby where you can sit outside and watch the people. Hotel provided a good base for visiting the Old Town and getting to Murano/Burano by boat. We recommend Trattoria Bar Pontini; Pan e Ogio and Very Good eateries located in the same street as the hotel.

This is a very clean boutique hotel conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the train terminal and close to water bus.
