“Great spa, nice, but expensive hotel”

We spent here a long weekend with my wife together and we enjoyed it very much. We booked a package with some gourmet meals included. We spent here a long weekend with my wife together and we enjoyed it very much. We booked a package with some gourmet meals included. So we had an incredible breakfast, a nice lunch and a more than great dinner. During our stay, we didn't have to worry about anything, we were taken care of perfectly. The direct access to the spa was great. We enjoyed that we can move back to our room for a short sleep during the day and come back for an afternoon and evening spa later. However, we came here to enjoy the spa that we can do even if we stay in a bit cheaper place and for us the hotel did not give that much additional value to take the additional cost again and again. So, we may come back to the hotel, but in general we will stay somewhere outside and only come to the Therme. But if you can afford it, go for it! It is a really nice place.

Spa area is great. Hotel room was good too except that the room smelled bad - the bathroom leaked sewer gas. Spa area is great. Hotel room was good too except that the room smelled bad - the bathroom leaked sewer gas. On the 24th of December, they close the spa before 4pm because of a 1 hour holiday celebration. At lunch that day, I saw people have lunch in their bathrobes. When I went to the pool early the next morning, and I thought I could wear my robe for breakfast, I had to go back to the room and change. Robes just for lunch - not told to us by anyone. I had seen signs that breakfast is until 10:30 am - but on the 25th (a holiday) they removed everything just before 10am - ungemütlich and too short a time for a holiday. There should be a sheet in the room with this information.

“Pleasant resort, but expensive for what it is”

We loved the breakfast (10/10), but found the dinner fancy but overall very disappointing, no flexibility with food changes, rooms ok but not great (shower, no bath tub, extra charge for using coffee capsules in the room (!!!), extra charge for using the therme on check-out day, extra charge for us… lisää

We loved the breakfast (10/10), but found the dinner fancy but overall very disappointing, no flexibility with food changes, rooms ok but not great (shower, no bath tub, extra charge for using coffee capsules in the room (!!!), extra charge for using the therme on check-out day, extra charge for using the fancy beds/rooms at the therme even though resort is already expensive, did not accept AmEx at check-out even though AmEx sticker is displayed, TV in room modern but no option of NETFLIX or Amazon Video. What we liked: room key on wrist opening not only room but also access to Therme, plenty of bath towels, good noise isolation in room, excellent and free of charge ebikes, plenty options in the Therme in terms of pools and saunas, plenty of space everywhere. The biggest problem is that it was too expensive for what it was, with dinner quality and room being the drawbacks
